Who is
a TechMentor in CVC?
A CVC
TechMentor (March 2004-Feb 2006) is: a middle school teacher and
he/she has been nominated by the school by school administrators
because of their commitment and competence in technology integration
in instruction.
Why
TechMentoring?
- Mentoring, in general, is one of the best strategies for effective
staff development.
- Mentoring is effective in school-settings over centralized workshops.

A TechMentor:
- is a teacher, guide, coach and role model
- is entrusted with the care and education of another

- is a willing learner and does not have the attitude “I know it all!”
